Thai Limited Company
With this company solution you have a Thai Limited Company with registered office in Thailand and limited liability to the paid-up capital of the Ltd.
The Requirements for establishing a Ltd in Thailand are
! Company name (not similar to existing companies and no sensitive word)
! Capital (minimum THB 15,-)*
! Register Address in Thailand (Registered Office)
! Company objectives
! Director (at least 1 person)
! Shareholder/Promotor (at least 3 persons or company)**
*if foreigner/s wants to work for the company its minimum THB 2 Mio for each foreigner.
**Thai or foreigner allowed, but minimum 51% must been hold by Thai citizen or Company.
Register address can be provided by us. Director and shareholder in certain cases as well.

How to register a Thai Company
Before beginning the registration process we will hold a business consultation. This may be made by phone, line, skype, WhatsApp or in person and you give us more information about your planned business activities and requirements in Thailand (e.g. products, services, investment, shareholders, directors ...). Based on your information we will handle the registration of your company in following 6 steps:

Checking and booking of company name

Establish an address as registered office adress for the company
03
Determine the registered capital of the company
04
Preparation of registration documents as objectives, articles and
memorandum of association
05
Signing of the registration documents by the director(s) and promotors
06
Submitting of the registration documents to the Department of Business
Development DBD which issues a Company Register No.
After the 6th step the completed company documents including registration certificate will be handed over and you can start your business. If required we can also organize a translation of the company documents in English or German.
The timing oft the company formation process depends on your participation at steps 2,3 and 5. If all necessary information are supplied promptly your company can be registered within 3 to 5 working days.

to register with DBD.

START plus we personally submit the documents to register with DBD.
PRO
This package includes all services and documents from the package BUSINESS
plus Opening Bank-Account at a Thai Bank (with Online-Banking) plus
Registration of the Company for Company-Tax, VAT and Social-Insurance.
PREMIUM

plus Registration of Work-Permit and Income-Tax (for one person).
